Returns And Exchanges

Our RETURN policy for BLUE PEARL essential oil perfumes is as follows:

 

Once the product has been opened and used, we cannot accept returns due to the potential risk of contaminationWe take the quality of our products very seriously, and once the seal has been broken, we cannot guarantee the purity and safety of the oil.
However, if you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, we are happy to accept returns and offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return due to shipping damage, we must be informed within 10 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging so that we can properly assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action.

 

Our EXCHANGE policy for BLUE PEARL essential oil perfumes is as follows:

  • If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or store credit. (shipping fees to be handled by customer)
  • BLUE PEARL will only accept returns for exchange or store credit if returned within 10 days of the delivery date in the original packaging and the product is unopened.
  • If you wish to exchange or receive store credit, then simply mail the product back to BLUE PEARL. You will need to include your original online order number. The item/s must be unused and in their original condition and original packaging.
  • The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer: you will incur the shipping fees as outlined on the Shipping & Delivery page.
  • We highly recommend that you send the goods back via registered post or a shipping courier with tracking services to ensure that we can track shipment of your return.
  • All international import taxes are the responsibilities of the customer
