Shipping Policy
  • All orders are dispatched from the BLUE PEARL base in Bali, Indonesia
  • It is our goal to ship all orders within 3 days of purchase, Monday through Friday
  • Orders are not processed on the weekend and public holidays
  • Delivery date is determined by the shipping service
  • The estimated delivery time does not include customs processing, where relevant; unfortunately, this is beyond our control
  • BLUE PEARL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
  • We do not ship to PO box addresses
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the shipping & delivery service

  • For international deliveries, BLUE PEARL uses DHL Courier Service
  • Within Indonesia, BLUE PEARL uses JNE Courier Service
  •  The following shipping fees apply:
    • USA, Europe, and UK: US$ 30
    • Australia & New Zealand: US$ 30
    • Southeast Asia: US$ 20
    • Rest of the World: US$ 35
    • Indonesia: FREE
  • Please Note, BLUE PEARL does NOT ship to: Burma, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, and to remote rural destinations
Delivery Times
  • DHL generally delivers within 3-7 working days, but ***Please note- due to delays from COVID-19, all DHL orders are expected within 7-10 business days.***
  • Please note: The estimated time does not include customs processing, where relevant; unfortunately, this is beyond our control
  • Orders are not processed on the weekend and Indonesian public holidays (see National Holidays In Indonesia website)
  • During special offers or sale events or launch of a new collection you may experience a 5 -7 day delay in receiving your order
Tracking Number
  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped
Taxes & Customs Charges
  • International packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes
  • All tax / customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price

Cancelled Order
  • If you wish to cancel or change an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at We will attempt to accommodate your request.
  • All orders are final once they have been processed through checkout for shipping.
  • No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
